3. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in advance using accepted payment methods listed on our website

  • Fees for completed services are non-refundable

  • Emergency or expedited services (24–48 hours) may incur an additional 20% rush fee

We treat all user information and documents with strict confidentiality. However, ClearPath cannot be held responsible for data breaches or unauthorized access occurring outside our reasonable control.

5. No Guarantee of Results

ClearPath does not guarantee any court decisions, government approvals, legal outcomes, or procedural success. Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. By using our services, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for any disputes arising from these terms.
